action games new releases
Which Xbox 360 game should I get?

So, I just ordered a 360 that comes with two games: Marvel Ultimate Alliance and Forza Motorsport 2. Eventually, I want to get a new game for it, but want help deciding which I should get first.

Gears of War- My friends said that this is a great game and I’m considering getting it over the others because it looks similar to Resident Evil 4 (especially the shooting) which was my favorite PS2 game. I don’t know if I should get it now though because I heard that a sequel is being released soon and the price of this game should drop.

The Orange Box- mostly since you get five games for the price of one

Assassin’s Creed- The graphics look awesome and I usually like action games anyway, but I heard that it gets old after a while.

Skate- Skate got great reviews for a skateboarding game and I heard that it is better and more original that the Tony Hawk series. I probably won’t get this game first, but I’d appreciate some opinions on it compared to the Tony Hawk games.

I loved Gears of War, and I’m not even a big fan of shooters. The controls and view are quite similar to RE4 (one of my fave games). It is a great game, but like you said, I’m sure the price will drop dramatically upon the release of the sequel.

Call of Duty 4 is probably the best game available right now. My boyfriend is a huge FPS fan, and he said it’s the best game he’s ever played.

The Orange Box is definitely a good deal for the price.

Assassin’s Creed is an incredible game, but it does get a bit monotonous after a while.

J.J. Abrams’ 2009 feature film was billed as “not your father’s Star Trek,” but your father will probably love it anyway. And what’s not to love? Both a prequel and a reboot,…

The Star Wars trilogy had the rare distinction of becoming more than just a series of movies, but a cultural phenomenon, a life-defining event for its generation. On its surface, George Lucas’s original 1977 film is a rollicking and humorous space fantasy that owes debts to more influences than one can count on two hands, but filmgoers became entranced by its basic struggle of good vs. evil “a lon…
