How do I transfer games to my action replay for DS?

I accidentally deleted all the games on my action replay game for nintendo DS. Please, could you tell me how to get them back on, and add some MORE. I’m only Young so I’m not quite sure how to do it. Can you explain quite simply? I’ll give you best answer if you can answer it well. If it helps, I have a laptop (I know you need a computer of Some sort to do it) please help.
